Natural Bridges Tidepools

A friend commented that they felt inspired to bring their nephew to this place to share with them the amazing qualities of such an ecosystem. It’s a great place to walk around, contemplate, and draw inspiration from nature. Well worth the chill of the wind! Do be cautious as it is a bit slippery along this area and one could lose their footing if they are careless.

Been waiting on visiting here, I came on Saturday in February, somehow it was kinda packed, the beach that is. The tidepool area wasn't. Saw alot of sea anemones but no starfish ): look but don't touch the anemones you can kill them with your bacteria. I slipped walking through the tide pools twice so becareful! It was beautiful though!
They have free 20 min parking and then parking (not sure how much.)

Totally Worth It! It is such a special experience to walk among the tide pools and get close to sea anemones, small crabs, periwinkle snails, and loads loads of mussels. Sadly we did not spot ant starfish. The crashing waves are powerful to see, we sat and watched for 30 minutes. Be careful walking around, the ground is slippery. Also look at the ground, with spots and lines it is as if someone made an ancient painting.

The tide pools are so cool and it has a pretty small sandy beach. Today it had a poor dead seal so there was a sour smell and a fair amount of flies. I'd still come back to get pictures and hang out for a few hours.
