“Love Panera Bread. Love their clean food. I am a regular customer at this location and the food is always consistent , always delicious and tasty. The customer service at this location is always great. They are always friendly and helpful. Food is always fresh and delicious. I like the fact that they serve 100% clean food , without any artificial preservatives, sweeteners, colors,etc... that is really rare to find these days anywhere. The food is consistent and is prepared like it is suppose to be. The restaurant is very clean and the cashiers were nice and remembered to ask me about my Panera rewards. They don’t have drive-thru , but their curbside pick up is very efficient. They have nice patio, which I like very much. Reason for the four stars: their restrooms are not clean and they need some remodeling for sure. Overall: Panera Bread never disappoints , it serves always fresh and delicious food !”

“I Love Coffee!! So driving to Santa Cruz and had a craving for coffee so yelped this place and seemed like great reviews. Decided to check it out. Parking out side was a breeze. Plenty of parking available. Walking in the store has a nice coffee smell. Everything in the shop looks clean and professional and organized. Felt like a homey coffee shop. There was a group of 7 of us and we all got our own special coffee. For the 7 of us the barista did a very fast and accurate job and even made foam prints on our lattes (unfortunately forgot to take a picture). I personally got the coconut syrup hot latte and my fiancé got the same thing but iced. The quality of the drink was acceptable. 1 small downside. Not sure if they don't provide it or if they just didn't have any when we were there but they didn't have any hot cup sleeves. When I asked she kindly offered a second cup which was nice. Overall expensive was definitely a 5 Star. And if I ever catch myself in this area again. Will be coming back”
