Kept on Gripping and nagging to them that there is NO WAY IN HELL I can EVER move my fat big BODY and do all the Boxing, Muay Thai, Tae bo- moves that they were doing.... OH... I've been a member since, and I've lost OVER 100LBS!!! what made it easier for me getting into this place, was the ENTIRE STAFF and trainers..AJ and Denise are AWESOME!!! informative, Helpful, and always ON A POSITIVE NOTE.. you wanna change?
