(November 29, 2018, 5:26 pm)This is a brand new facility with all new state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. Everyone is very nice and full of smiles. Super convenient location. You can sign up for a group class or just work out on your own. There is so much variety in the classes and there is something for everyone here! Maddy is an excellent Personal Trainer and Nicole is one of the best yoga instructors I have ever had. Give it a shot, you deserve it!
(November 28, 2018, 7:15 pm)The attention to detail here is next level, even the lighting was on point. Beautiful equipment, my daughter loves the kids’ club, and I immediately felt comfortable. I left feeling thoroughly impressed and can’t wait to go back.
(November 28, 2018, 6:29 pm)I’ve been waiting for this gym to open as it’s 1 mile from my house! Totally worth the wait! The owners and staff are super nice! They spared no expense on their equipment and it’s incredible! Clean environment! They’ve thought of all the details right down to the jar of hair ties in case I forget mine! I’ve taken 3 different classes so far and am having fun while being challenged! Looking forward to trying another class tomorrow! I’ve found home here in my neighborhood gym! Looking forward to the pool this next year????

(November 28, 2018, 6:04 pm)This gym is perfect for being a “one stop shop”.. unbelievably state-of-the-art strength floor, amazing classes (spin, TRX, yoga), amazing equipment. It’s by far the best club I’ve found in North Bay!! And they have another location in Sonoma which is great when I’m over that way.
