Usually plenty of parking I am guessing. Third time and always parking. $7.00 hiking up to the summit not for the weak. Fun hike! Burned off the cheeseburger and fries.

Took about 2h to hike to the summit. Flat open area at the top so we brought up sandwiches and water to picnic. $7 to park. Portapotty at the parking lot but can easily use the woods. There is tree cover for almost all the trail which helps keep you cool.

Awesome trail!! All uphill and scenery is not bad, despite some trees burned:/

Some fairly steep smaller trails going towards the creek but the main trail is, for the most part, easily navigable. A few Picnic tables seemingly randomly dispersed on the extensive trail system that flows into Sugarloaf state park. Beautiful any time of year with some stream crossings that could be difficult depending on rainfall.
