“This is by far the best agency! The staff are so peaceful to be around. When there are concerns or issues I have had, the staff never failed to go above and beyond to resolve it! The staff are so patient and involved with the consumers, it’s heart warming. Family members have thanked the staff repeatedly for taking such good care of their family members. The staff there are always keeping the consumers in the spirit. They would decorate the homes to help the consumers participate in fun holidays. Heaven Scent demonstrates the definition of leadership and consistency. The staff there have great work ethics and it shows. Before coming to this agency, several consumers were having several behavioral issues and medical clients were not doing as well as they are now. Heaven Scent has hired a great team to come in and work with the behavioral consumers. Building great relationships with them. Reassuring that they are in great hands. With the medical consumers, the staff have been very consistent making sure the consumers are well taken care of. Their families have thanked the agency repeatedly for having the courage to take on the big responsibilities of making sure they are well taken care of and making their environment feel like home.
