“I had a fantastic experience living at the Village at Henderson! I've lived in several states and a variety of apartment complexes, but this has been the best place apartment experience thus far. It's an Ideal location in the community and feels safe. The maintenance staff is communicative, prompt, and professional. The leasing and management team (Nayeli & Joan) are knowledgeable, kind, and always a delight to interact with. The apartment grounds are well cared for and staff addresses any concerns very quickly. Apartments are spacious, with good insulation (rarely heard the neighbors), and feel more like town homes than apartments. Perks include: in-unit laundry, faux hardwood flooring throughout (carpet in bedrooms), ceiling fans, spacious closets, easy to pay rent/request maintenance, and pet friendly. There are stray cats in the neighborhood, however, there are also zero mice/rats milling around, which seems like a beneficial trade off to me! Some of the strays are very friendly as well! I would absolutely recommend living here--and no, I wasn't paid or told to write a review. It was just that great of an experience!”

“First thing i loved was they didnt charge a application fee. That is a huge thing when looking for a home at most places they will charge $50 for each person that will be living in the home. And if you feel out 3 apps, thats $300 so thank you home rentals that in itself was a blessing. And they have a lot of rentals for very good prices. They seem to be nice people. We are just waiting on an answer about a application for a nice house, this would be a huge blessing and we are praying it goes through. God knows what we need and we make enough so im praying they see that we would be good renters and I will have a country home and want a beautiful green yard and it will always be Kept up. “We loved it. This is a very rustic cabin that sits amid a small cluster of vacation cabins just a stone's throw from the California Hot Springs Resort where you can soak in the hot water for very reasonable admission price. The cabin has a small full kitchen, LR, dining area, one bath, and two bedrooms one of which is bunk beds. Nice deck out back. The nearby Resort serves breakfast and lunch but closes in early afternoon, and other nearby restaurants are not to be had, so bring groceries. It 's about two notches up from camping, basically. Very beautiful area. A deep gorge and musical stream bed right out back, crystal clear dark skies at night, no cell service or internet, a closet full of good old board games, and convenient to the giant sequoias about 15 miles up the mountain. Chuck leaves very detailed and explicit instructions everywhere which I suppose puts some people off, but he's just trying to watch out for his place and it cant be easy or economical for him to get up there and fix things all the time. My 20-something sons were aghast when we first arrived but ended up enjoying it immensely. It reminded my wife and I of rustic family vacation rentals in the 60's.”

They are on par if not a little better than all the other fast foods in the area but they are so much cheaper. The service is just average but I'm not going through checkers drive through for a wine & dine experience. I want a burger or chicken sandwich, some fries, and perhaps a milkshake and a good price. They deliver that every time. Recommended.”

“Marlo and Felicia are amazing! I found this apartment building located near the Meadows Race Track and Casino after doing an on line search. We were moving from North Carolina to Washington County and all of the arrangements were handled via emails and phone calls. Move in day went seamlessly. The facility is fairly new, clean, well monitored, and state of the art when it comes to mail delivery, trash disposal, pet friendly DNA testing, and secure digital entry for visitors into the apartment of this multi-use facility. Window blinds are included, and this one bedroom unit has two walls of floor to ceiling windows in the living room area. Retail shops on the street level make some services convenient and the location to I-79, I-70, Route 19 is only seconds away. It is a very quiet building, can't hear any noise from either side apartment, nor from the apartment above. Also, when walking down the hall, there is no noise coming from inside the apartments, nor any odors coming from the kitchens that are located right inside the front door. The leasing office is on the premise and staffed during working hours daily. Don't hesitate!!”
