They had Subway, fried Chicken, and a bathroom we use the bathroom many times and they didn't complain which was really cool and appreciative. “I came here with little expectations. However when there’s a spiritual retreat I have experienced some people who claim things they are not . I will say this was really relaxing and super insightful. I learned how to care for my self. Kristin is quite the ray of light she is knowledgeable and has such a calming energy . Kristin knows her craft . The facilities are posh with a sense of community. We also had an opportunity to do our own exploring of the area. I would recommend this retreat to all my friends and family who are seeking some spiritual guidance . The best thing I found is that all healing starts and ends with you . Kristin facilitates you into going within your self to find that inner healing. I will be coming here as many times as I can . The retreat is “Igniting the Source in June with Kristin English””
