“Sweet Inn! Address is on 8th St not Oak! Right in the downtown section of Santa Paula this place is an ideal location. Walk around town for restaurants, shopping and take in the beauty of this gem of a town surrounded by Mountain Views and warm sunshine! Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Love the atmosphere and the outside patio area. Older hotel but felt historical and upscale for such a quaint out of the way place. Nice continental breakfast spread. Cereal would have been an added bonus but hard boiled eggs, muffins, mini cinnamon rolls, toast, juices, milk, coffee & fruits were sufficient! Our room was right next to the breakfast room so it got a bit noisy on a Saturday morning (we were in room #7) but as soon as we closed our bathroom door, the noise was muffled making it more tolerable. I’m pretty sure there was a group of obnoxious people and a woman with a super loud laugh so this could have been an unusual situation. Bathroom had all the amenities and was clean and modern. Hairdryer, towels, hand soap bars, little shampoos etc were furnished. Our overall experience was delightful!! I would definitely stay there again!”

“Heather at the front check in office is a great person! She was welcoming upon checkin, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. KOA should acknowledge her for that and continue to employ staff that matches her quality. Our stay was great! Our two young children (4 and 5 yrs old) had a fun time....many fun activities for children to participate in and enjoy! Peacocks were another exciting surprise for the kids! We plan to visit this location again in the future.”
