The property was beautiful and I loved the amenities. Betty also answered all my questions so well. I really appreciate how accommodating she was. I can come off a little aggressive when stressed but she knew exactly how to help me and what was best. The gym was really nice and so was kitchen in the apartment

The apartment is really nice with brand new furniture and utilities. I can say this is the newest and most comfortable apartment in Davis. What's more, the assistants in the office are really nice and friendly. I love them!

Incredible apartment complex. Everything is of highest quality and follows a modern style as you'd expect for the price tag. Every single member of the staff is as friendly as can be and are very willing to help in any way you can. Units are quiet and the included furnishings are pretty good. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for the best living experience in Davis, CA.

This place is so clean and nice. I love the modern layout. The apartment comes fully furnished which is a huge plus! The staff is sooo nice and helpful, I cannot stress this enough. They really care about their residents and are there for them every step of the way. They have study rooms on each floor which is extremely useful. I recommend anyone staying in Davis to live here!

Just had a virtual tour and the staff are so welcoming and nice! Even through a virtual call, they wore their masks and was able to answer all my questions. Facility looks great, even through a screen! There are so many great amenities and the community seems very genuine. I can definitely see myself living here!!
