(January 24, 2022, 9:20 pm)Overall a good place to live! Quiet neighborhood and right on the P and Q lines. The units are old but maintenance requests are responded to quickly. The office has fun events and good services.

The apartment itself works really well for 3 people and is a good price, but there were some unexpected issues, such as no microwave in the unit and a hidden and not cheap garbage disposal fee
