“We absolutely love this restaurant. This place has become the place that we go to for all our special occasions and even if we just want to treat ourselves for a nice dinner. As someone who is vegetarian and whose husband is celiac, we appreciate and love the options available for both of us. Some seasonal menus we love more than others, though we have found something we love on each menu. Only once have we tried something that we really did not like and they were very kind and understanding of it. We recommend sitting outside since it's a beautiful garden and a little less cramped than the interior dining. This is THE hidden gem of Davis.”

“Well done order, if you go inside. What I mean is you'll enjoy fresh French fries vs the cold refried drive through fries. Usually, served cold and stale, my take on this is never go to the drive-thru, if you want them fresh fries, served hot in the bag, that's the only way. Go inside. Also, when you go inside, you can check your order before losing your spot in the drive thru line and have to go in anyway because they always mess up the order. Other than that slight inconvenience, this place is great. Good hot food. Good service at the front. They got plenty of tables and can handle a decent sized crowd. There's no outside seating, except in your car, which might not be too bad. This place is pretty clean in comparison to some ice been to. All in all, this place is good and if recommend it people I know if they ask. Will go there again.”

“In Short, It was fantastic! Very friendly, clean, delicious! Storytime...The job site wasn't ready for us yet...so...let's go get some grub! Fortunately, one of my guys had been in the area before. He knew where to find a spot to park my giant truck. The place is much larger than it looks from the outside. Plus, it has a huge outdoor patio! The chips were extremely crispy and thicker than other places. The salsas were great, the hot salsa had a kick! (Just a heads up) I forgot the name of the dish I devoured. In all honesty, I couldn't even pronounce it. I asked what it was, and she started to explain it, but as soon as she said it had Chile Verde... I shouted, "I'll Take It!" The Chile Verde was melt-in-your-mouth wonderful! The (I don't know it's name) marinated beef in red sauce...also a winner! The refried beans were a little too smooth for me, but they tasted great and they make a perfect bean dip for the chips! They also have a few other bean options, in case you're scared of smooth beans. Thanks guys for a fantastic breakfast!”

“Here from out of town and stopped in for some coffee before walking around davis. The bagel was very fresh, well toasted, and they were generous with the cream cheese. The latte was delicious as well. And they delivered each of my items to me in the cafe so I didn't need to get up either time. They have small medium and large coffee size options, but they don't have skim milk, only 2% or whole when it comes to cow milk. The environment is adorable and they have bar seating looking out the windows or cafe table seats. They have a select number of breakfast items or pastries too. As I sit it seems they have a number of regular customers and that speaks well to the place to have people consistently returning either for the coffee or the workers. The main barista was training a new employee too and they were doing very well both teaching and learning. I'd return! Thanks for the service!”

“This is what Subway hopes to be! I ordered their Hang Loose (pastrami, bacon, cream cheese, avocado with everything) as one of the friendly staff told me it's the second-most popular sandwich. The sourdough bread was a good complement for the rich flavors from a generous amount of pastrami and cream cheese slathered on. My only complaint is that I wish the sandwich was warmer. I had a moment of giddy excitement when I went home with my take-out order and realized a cookie was included! My order was completed quickly and the staff was very helpful, even bringing my order out to me because the plexiglass barriers prevented them from leaving it on the counter. There is plenty of outdoor seating available but few indoor seats. I'll be back to try their number one most popular sandwich, the namesake Mr. Pickle's.”

“This is THE BEST restaurant in Davis. The food is consistently always delicious and is clearly made with great care and skill. The food from Shanghai Town never disappoints and gives me that feeling you get when you’re eating something you grew up with, something from home. It satisfies your belly and your heart. To those whom complain about periodic slow service, I say, “the greatest things come to those who wait”. Get over it. This is the hardest working family in the business, and they turn out fantastic food almost every day of the year. I’ve never once regretted a meal from Shanghai Town, and I’ve been eating there for over ten years and I’ve had them provide food for several of my birthday parties. I can’t imagine not having this incredible place in my life.”

“It's tasty, you have to open your egg first because doing so makes the broth thicker. For Tonkatsu ramen it's very thin broth. Personally I like a thicker both, taste wise it did not disappoint. The noodles and thick and tough not soggy which is good, you can let your ramen sit for a while to soften the noodles to your likeing. This is my second time getting ramen here so for its consistent and I appreciate that. It's also very clean inside, it's has chairs and tables inside to sit down and eat but it's set more for take out. The employees are also all very nice and inviting great people skills so I'd go again and I'd recommend it to others👍 Oh and the images below are what I got, the black garlic tonkatsu with pork chashu, it has a smoky taste compared to og tonkatsu”

“Don't be surprised to find that Four Seasons is directly within the gas station store. I read reviews before going but was still taken aback by how there wasn't even a door before the dining area and the store. I ordered the black bean fillet fish (lunch special) for take-out and received it within 20 minutes. Most people called in for pick-up orders, I would recommend doing that. The staff is friendly and efficient despite balancing both people calling in and orders at the front. Indoor dining is available but there isn't any outdoor seating. The fish fillet was seasoned well, but I personally found it a bit salty and the rice a bit dry. It was a good distribution of veggies and fish, definitely filling. This is a cozy local spot for classic Chinese American fare priced reasonably for the portions.”

“The course layout is one of my favorites in the Sacramento area with a challenging length above 6,800 yards. Yolo county is under "exceptional drought" conditions, yet the greens and fairways were in great shape. Wildhorse's staff was very polite and informative. The practice greens near the 3rd hole are the way to go but make sure to grab a sleeve of balls if you don't hit the fairways!”

“It’s Pizza Hut. Everyone knows. The pepperoni is were plentiful and good, the crust was good, and yeah. So I’m going to ramble here just to get the detailed review points. Pizza Hut is one of the better competitors in the chain pizza battle. Although more expensive than the competition, partially because they also try to offer a restaurant style experience, Pizza Hut is a good place to go. The also offer stuffed crust, and let’s be real here, the more cheese the better. Stuffed crust should be a standard, in my humble opinion.”

“Love this location. Showed up here really early morning to grab some food. I tried the primal burger which tasted great. What really got me was the kindness of the staff. There was an older woman who was less fortunate that came in. She offered them what money she had in her pocket for a cup of coffee but the girl at the front didn't take her money and not only gave her the coffee but they also gave her some food too. Good on the staff here and their kindness to the less fortunate.”

Today I left the nail salon and went to Dickeys to order my usual pulled pork salad and was told they don’t sell that because it’s a new restaurant now. Major bummer..... But that had me walking into Guadalajara since the line was short. I got a shrimp taco, chicken taco, and a bean burrito. Dying. I loved all 3 items so much that I’m telling all my friends about it and writing a review about it right now! I never write reviews! Love them and plan to live there.
