“So we head to San Jose and we could not find any vacancy to stay anywhere within 2hour distance in that area. We ended up staying in parking lots that were very loud and so on the way back to Reno found this RV park with most amenities just west of Sacramento on the I-80. The parks was a happy find for us because it is very user friendly. Along with the usually park features it also has food truck, movie rentals, small store, fishing, swimming pool covered for all year swimming, and recreation for the kids. It is definitely a place you can come and relax. They also include free wifi for those that prefer to stay snuggled in their rig. I would highly recommend this spot as a must stay destination.”

“Stayed here over father's day weekend. It's a nice shady area on the river with helpful staff. Restrooms stayed pretty clean even with having quite a few people staying there. Just the site and services I have 0 complaints. Had some vehicle issues as we were leaving and the owner and staff were nothing but helpful and understanding. Never felt rushed to get out. I would come back here without question. Good people and a good place to stay.”

“A tranquil, beautiful, and large park located in the north Davis. There‘s two playground for kids, lots of open area and walking paths. Grass and trees are well-maintained. It’s a great place for walking, jogging, picnic, playing, or just taking a nap. What I love the most is the middle pond surrounded by reed. You can easily find different kinds of birds there: Canada goose (with their cute babies!), red-winged blackbird, American coot, and red-shouldered hawk. Parking lot is not that busy even on the weekend.”

“This park is fenced in and has ample space for the dogs to run free!! There is a section for larger dogs and a separate one for smaller dogs. Sometimes people use the small dog section to allow the big dog to get comfortable with the other dogs as they can interact at the fence. There are water faucets on both sides. There is even a doggy pool!! And the humans have great conversations too!!”

While the sound of traffic on the nearby freeway is prevalent, you can get further away to where the sound is minimal. Multiple parking areas provide easy access to different sections of the preserve, complete with a decently maintained Port-O-Pottie at each parking area.”
