“Amazing and impressive customer service. I live in the East Coast and I was trying to purchase an item for my daughter's birthday that was on sale and was not available for purchase online or in stock in any of the stores nearby from were I live. Therefore, I looked for the item in stores near Los Angeles, California (I have friends in the area that were willing to help pick up the item for me). This was the only store that had the item in stock. I called to inquire information regarding the amount of time that they could hold the item for and explained my situation. I initially spoke to Brad and he took the time to listen to all of my questions and address my concerns. He was very helpful in offering a solution that best fitted my needs. He said that he could speak to his manager Shawn in order to find a way to ship the item directly to me without going through so much trouble. I then spoke to Shawn, who was also very helpful and attentive. He helped me through the purchase process, he gathered my information for shipping purposes and sent me an email with the tracking information. I am currently waiting for my item to arrive and there I don't have any better words to explain how grateful I am for their help. If you need anything I am sure they will do their very best to ensure that you get all the help they can provide.”

“This place is for you card playing, socializing, fun people out there. Even you don't know how to play, or new to play, people here are nice to even give you stuff (not always though), and i mean the people, not the workers,but they(workers) do give out free MTG cards for new players(sample cards).this is my first time being there and and I already like this place.... I also have to say they usually play commander deck out there. But they do have tournaments for standerd, commander, draft etc. They have comics there too. If you need somewhere to play magic.... This place is the spot.( They also sell single cards)”

“Good University! Love their Trio SSS Services. Teacher are grate (they actually teach). Career center needs to improve in the appointments. Once, I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived, they told me that it was cancelled. I never got notified. They apologized and gave me a rushed 10-15 min. talk. College Advisement is grate! they are always helpful. CBAPPL Academic Advisement need to work on their appointments wait time to see a counselor is more than a month. They have quick appointments but they only answer generic answer (not helpful). Cleanliness: most of the campus is clean but there are some areas that need Improvement such as restrooms There is always constructions going on. Overall, I have enjoyed my time here.”
