The 1st rule of customer service is to greet the customer when coming in, the 2nd rule is to ask if you can be helped or directed to a certain product, 3rd rule is be sincere.. SCORE: AAA. I felt very comfortable in this place, at ease, without the sleaze. Partially due to how its lit up and more importantly, the employees. 1st class if I do say. Greeted me and with a look of "I'm here to help you." Said to me, "if you have any questions I'll answer them for you " And didn't make me feel rushed or uncomfortable, like they often do at Romantix. This is my new go to for lubes and everything else. The owner should be proud of his staff, especially when hes not around. They took great care of me, something I'd find at Macy's not at a adult book store. AWESOME STAFF AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE”
