“While this is a busy location, my experience here was great! I walked in on a week day to pick up my rental car after my car was declared a total loss by my insurance. I was supposed to get a Toyota Camry but it had to be taken off the lot due to some much needed repairs, which I completely understood (it happens). Isabel Clark looked through her system/lot and immediately found me a similar car in terms of leather interior, being spacious, comfortable and gas efficient. She treated me like a VIP and took care of me. She knew what I was looking for and delivered! Because of her excellent customer service, I might just use this Enterprise location for all my rental car needs!”

“Soon after arriving my husband and I were greeted by a gentleman (Isaac Vargas). He asked a few questions regarding the model, style, and price of the car we were looking for. It didn’t take long finding a few cars that were in our price range. Isaac was very helpful, he took in consideration some of our concerns and helped us stay within our budget. Then, after making our decision we met with Bryan Lopez who was in charge of our finance. He did a great job answering and explaining to us any questions we had about the financial portion of the process. Finally, we headed out to receive our keys and we were greeted by Damien Jimenez. He guided us through the Toyota app and everything inside the car. Overall our experience was great! Hope that if anything ever goes wrong with our car they treat us the same as.”

“All used car sales should be like this! No "let me talk to the manager", waiting around for hours getting a deal done and finalized and high pressure sales tactics. My deal was done over the phone with the advertised price (which was already incredible) and a call back from the real finance guy (there really is only one there!) and help from him on an educated and experiences way of getting the loan done where it would be most advantageous for me. Highly recommend!”

“This place is awesome! I needed new rear tires for my Maserati and stopped in to get a price quote. I asked if they would match the price of a large online retailer. Dave said “yes” but ended up coming back with a quote slightly lower! I ordered the tires and scheduled an appointment for installation. I was out in less than an hour and had a fun time browsing their really cool showroom and even had a perfectly pulled Lavazza espresso courtesy of the owner Claus. “I have traveled extensively for over 15 years…within the US and abroad. I’ve rented countless cars in my time and have never felt compelled to leave a review until now. Coming out of this pandemic, car rentals are in short supply and pricing has gotten ridiculously out of control. I wondered what I would be facing when I rented this car. Also, I was running 30 min late and was nervous because it’s been so hard to find an affordable rental so I called twice to let them know I was running behind and was met with nothing but reassurance and friendliness. I was pleasantly surprised and it’s all because of one employee—KAY. She has got to be one of the friendliest, most professional, efficient and caring people I’ve ever come across in any car rental company EVER! She made the process painless & even realized I’d be paying for two days because I entered a later return time by one hour and the system was charging me a whole day… I didn’t realize it. So she told me, “do you need the car until 11a because if you bring it back at 10a, you’ll only get charged for one day… right now you’re paying for two.” THANK YOU… because it’s not cheap @ $85/day all in. And no, I didn’t need it until 11. It was simply gonna sit parked outside. Anyhow, her smile, her warmth, the small chit chat, and her professionalism as mentioned above—showing she really cares about the customer and my experience—all earn her and this Hertz location a 5!! I highly recommend this location for a car rental if you’re in the Long Beach or Lakewood area.”

“EXCELLENT. First off, if you are staying in Coronado, this is the perfect rental. It is in the Lowes hotel, and there is no parking fee if you rent. That essentially makes the car worth so much more. I couldn't find a rental car. Sold out with other companies. Cesar met me at the hotel ( Covid so they are not here 100% of the time, however when I called the number, Cesar met me in 20 minutes). Found an extra car for me, was helpful and polite. Even sent me a belated birthday text when he realized it was close. This is a franchise, so it is great to support local business people. I am a frequent traveler, and this was the most seamless car rental. Highly recommend.”

The lady (Amanda) who assisted with the exchange process was extremely helpful. Everything was explained very clearly, there was no hassle, and in just a few minutes we were on our way again.
