“A pal of mine and I were on a road trip to Coachella music festival from Montana when my car, Gibbler, broke down in Hesperia. Just Go towed us cheaper and tried to fix its problem after they already closed. What sweetie pies. And not only that, they let us spend the night with our car in the shop and they let us watch Netflix on their computer! We were able to use the time to organize our car and take a sink shower(already been a long 2 day road trip and we really appreciated the bathroom access). Our only regret is not accepting a haircut when it was offered by one of the gentleman. What a memorable experience Just Go Automotive has given us. Thank you boys!!!”

“UPDATE: The company contacted me and totally took care of the problem. Apparently they guarantee their work for life but for some reason the guy we dealt with never informed us of that fact. This time I dealt with Josh and he handled everything quickly, without any BS, and to my complete satisfaction. There was no awkwardness at all. He made me feel totally comfortable. My opinion of them is now completely reversed and I would have no problem taking any of my cars to them again. This is what happens to their paint job a year or two later. First, the paint starts to lift and then there's a little bubble and then the paint flakes off in the wind and the paint underneath doesn't look like it was properly prepared. And then when you take it in and show it to them, they say they'll find out what they can do for you and give you a call but you never hear from them, and when you call them to follow up, they never call you back. But they sure are happy to see you when you first walk in with all that insurance money, and they sure do beg you to give them the highest rating on their follow-up survey, and of course you do it because you haven't found out yet what a lousy job they did. Needless to say, will never use them again.”

“We had a 1959 Ford 223 6 cylinder engine block that was in need of a major over haul. The block was out of a truck that has been in the family since it was purchased new and we wanted to restore the truck. Rick, Donald and the rest of the crew were AMAZING at handling this rebuild!!! The job was done quick and they kept us informed every step of the way. We put the block back in the truck and so far it's running like a dream! “Well, I didn't commit to moving forward with their services (yet), but I had a GREAT experience and left feeling way better about the situation. Let me explain... I scraped a parked car the other day and took the brunt of the damage. I called Akins and spoke to Maya asking to be forwarded to the Almaden shop for an estimate. She was very kind and professional and had me set up with Dan for an estimate the very next morning. Saw Dan today and he took a look at the damage. I'll cut it short by saying he was completely honest and straight forward with me and gave me ALL my options. At the end of the inspection and initial estimate ( which was actually cheaper than I expected) he took some rubbing compound and cleaned up the scrape marks. It looks wayyy better now. I really, REALLY appreciate that. I now have to decide whether or not I want to move forward being that it's an old truck and I'm coming out of pocket, but Akins is and will be the ONLY establishment I trust at this point. It feels good to know the business I'm going to use if and when I proceed is going to do right by me. Now I have to weigh out my options, but if you're thinking about this place, don't think, just go. You'll know you made the right choice after the first meeting. Thanks again, Dan!”

Dai was awesome and walked me through the entire process of what they needed to do for repairs. While my car was in the shop, he kept me updated via text almost every day on what service they had performed, the status of the parts they had ordered, and the ETA of when I would get my car back.
