“My 2017 Honda Pilot Elite was shipped from San Diego, and after picking it up my dashboard was lighting up all kinds of error codes my instinct was to take it to the Dealer. I then remembered Ray The Automotive healer is mobile I called him up and luckily he had just finished a call he came to my rescue with in 20 min he arrived and quickly took out his computer and attached it to my ECU found the problem which was just very minor then asked them how much do I owe you? He said nothing, just needed the vehicle to run for about 30 minutes the batter can build u voltage since it had been sitting for almost 70 days. Most places like the dealership or other shops would probably charge me over $300 just to do a diagnostics I said I need to pay you something he said a nice cold King-Kar and we’re even it’s hard to find honest and humble mechanic’s Thank you Ray (5 Star) all the way”

“This is the place to go, the guy knows his stuff and is super kind. This is a long over due review but I'm in awe of the quality of work. In January 2018, he did a transmission rebuild on my 2005 Toyota corolla. He knew exactly what light was on and what it meant. He did such a great job that when I went to have the car serviced at Toyota for something else they asked me if I had installed a new engine!! They said the undercarriage was super clean. I’ve since gave the car to my mother and she is still currently driving it in 2024 with no problems ever with the transmission! “After dealing with the Mercedes dealership and getting an outrageous quote my friend suggested I try this place. I'm not going to lie I was nervous at first the place looks pretty sketch from the out side but do yourself a favor and don't be put off by it. They are extremely friendly and professional. I had my work done by Karo who went above and beyond. He answered any questions I had and didn't make me feel like just another girl that didn't know anything about cars like other places I've been to. He was extremely honest as well, which was quite refreshing after dealing with other auto shops. Yes the shop doesn't look as nice as the Mercedes or BMW shop does but if you don't want to over pay for work and still get quality work and service then you should try this place out. I'm going to tell all my friends about this place.”

“When you find a company like this you remain loyal forever. I purchase a new bike almost every two years and ALWAYS install a set of bars on each bike. The last bike came with some struggles. Ruptured Achilles right after my latest purchase. Out of work for several months and money became super tight. Being in law enforcement FACTORY 47 helped me keep my streak of upgrades possible. Sent 14inch bars for 2023 road glide. Two days later I received a box of swag, which I wasn't expecting. The receipt showed they realize I am a loyal customer and we're grateful to help..... So the moral of the story... Model your business around these guys. Loyalty is huge. I called to say thank you and they replied most people don't ever respond. Well... I thank you every day my hands touch the grips and continue to get some much needed wind therapy. Kudos!!!!!!”
