I am super picky when it comes to my food taste and temperature, so I ask for fresh okra to be made. Not once has anyone given me a hard time or said "we can't do that" or etc. My request has always been honored and my okra comes out EXACTLY how I like it. I'm usually served and greeted by the same employees who are all amazing.
