We talked over the phone and I explained my tax needs because along with rental property I also sold a property during the year too. I signed on with Mr. Habib and sent all pertinent paperwork to Mr. Habib. He said it will tax approximately 3-5 days to complete and if he had any questions he would contact me by phone or email (since they practice covid safety). I was contacted a couple times which I appreciate due to using his services for the first time I didn't know what to expect on the outcome of my filing. A few days later I was sent the finished draft which I was very pleased. “The work was to brick point, or fill in missing mortar. What I didn’t like most was that He Required a deposit to get on his schedule. He also Then took a long time to show up to do the work and was flaky until I posted a poor review. He took from May to October to even come out and we had to call him multiple times. However, his work looks good and he cleans his work site daily. He found several cracks to fill in our brick mortar and filled them. He takes his time and does quality work. He was easy to work with as far as talking to him, but he could have given a more realistic start date to manage our expectations of the completion date. I would recommend him, but warn that you need to get on his schedule early and follow up regularly.”
