“This is what Subway hopes to be! I ordered their Hang Loose (pastrami, bacon, cream cheese, avocado with everything) as one of the friendly staff told me it's the second-most popular sandwich. The sourdough bread was a good complement for the rich flavors from a generous amount of pastrami and cream cheese slathered on. My only complaint is that I wish the sandwich was warmer. I had a moment of giddy excitement when I went home with my take-out order and realized a cookie was included! My order was completed quickly and the staff was very helpful, even bringing my order out to me because the plexiglass barriers prevented them from leaving it on the counter. There is plenty of outdoor seating available but few indoor seats. I'll be back to try their number one most popular sandwich, the namesake Mr. Pickle's.”

The only thing they need to worry about is upgrading their tables and chairs. I believe the heat from the hotpot cracked the table, making it appear unsafe and uneven when they placed the pot on the mini oven inside the table.”

“I placed an online order today for (2) sandwiches and (2) wraps. When I got home, three of the four sandwiches were not made correctly. Both wraps were wrong and one of the sandwiches was not what I ordered. This location charges an average of $10+ per sandwich. I understand that mistakes happen but this level of error is beyond a mistake. I will not be spending any money at this location again and caution the community to beware. Update 5/10 I was contacted by the store owner about this order. He was proactive about resolving the issue and indicated that he would be speaking to his staff about the errors. He also initiated a refund for the sandwiches that were incorrectly made without me asking. I appreciate the proactive service in correcting this. Because of this I have changed my rating.”

“This used to be the old Enzo's location and my oh my, how much has changed. It doesn't even feel like the same space. One thing that always bugged me about the sit up (or sit in) counter was that the wall was too high. If you sit at the counter, you're basically staring at a wall. Consider add some small LCD screens? Or maybe the menu? Just a thought... Love the brightly colored menu with photos that makes selection far easier. We have only ordered the boba teas from here, which are excellent but I intend to try the food as well. They have everything from Tempura Shrimp to Crispy Tofu. I see a few rice bowls and noodle soup options as well.”

Everytime I get chicken here, it's consistent, the breading is crunchy and not too thick, and the flavor is great. After eating the secret sauce, I tend to just dip the original chicken with it and it completes my meal. I tried dine-in instead of pick up, and they definitely take care of their customers. Might come here more often to just snack and chill with friends!”
