“I was notified through email by the company I had applied with that I needed to do a pre-employment drug test at this site. I printed out the voucher and went the next day around 9:30AM. I went into the building and was greeted once I approached near the window where one clerk was situated. I signed in and filled out the form that was handed to me. I was told it would be within 30 minutes for the test. When I walked in, there was more than 10 people in the waiting room. I thought it would take a while, but that was not the case. Once I was called in, I was greeted and the standard steps were processed when doing a drug test. When leaving, I was acknowledged by the clerk that had checked me in. Overall, the experience was efficient and pleasant.”

“It is clear that the teams providing patient care went above and beyond with respect to physical therapy, nursing, dietary needs, activities, social services, and doctor attention. The CNA's provided the most often touch points, and we couldn't be happier with how they treated us. The facility is very clean and inviting and had such a warm atmosphere even amidst the COVID-19 chaos. The entire team, from reception to maintenance (yes, we had some requests which were attended to very quickly by the maintenance department), even the folks helping us with the medical records, was absolutely fantastic. If your family needs a nursing home, I highly recommend Mission Palms.”
