There were two situations actually, and he said he would check on them and return my call later in the week. He called back in about 1 hour. I was thinking when I answered, he must need more info. In fact he had checked my problems and solved one , gave me info on the other in less time than I could get my hair cut.. . That Officer is a good example.”

Driving down property values at Watergate Condominiums in Emeryville, CA 94608 by intimidating homeowners. Only problem with the Emeryville Police Department is an incredibly high officer turnover rate. If you ever encounter one of their officers, it will probably be your last because they will be working at some other department 12 months from now. I don't know why because I think they are paid well. I dunno. But I have dealt with EPD for many decades and have never had any problems.”

“I just witnessed a dangerous situation involving a mentally unstable person threatening people with a wood stick in Artesia, and I was so nervous when the sheriff arrived because with everything happening lately you just don’t know what to expect but very pleased to see how the sheriff handled the situation by de escalating the situation and calling mental health workers to the scene. It could have gone so wrong In so many ways because the individual was very aggressive and offensive but the sheriff did an amazing job and he got the help he needed and everything ended peacefully.”
