“Would highly recommend staying here! Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo are both right around the corner. The owner is very accommodating and values open communication to make your stay the best it can possibly be. The location is awesome because it's super close to some of the best restaurants in San Diego. The neighborhood is quiet and plenty of parking on the street. The place is clean, contemporary, and has a shared backyard area with friendly neighbors.”

“Everett made the application process seamless and was very helpful. He was quick to respond to all my emails and questions. To the point where I was allowed to move not even two days after my application and approval. Only putting four stars instead of 5 since I just moved in. I don’t expect any issues going forward though. The staff is friendly - maintenance workers even offered equipment to help me move items. I’ve talked to a couple of the neighbors who were very friendly. Noise is minimal at night. All in all, I feel blessed to have found this complex. Oh - and they actually answer their phone (more than I could say with most other complexes).”

“Just toured yesterday for a studio and I am so in love! So bright and the view is amazing! The studio model apartment was so cute! They have little price tags on some of the furniture and they said we can buy them if we wanted too. (BTW Love the rattan chair! Can't believe it's from Target) Will definitely lease the studio, but hoping I can find a roommate in two weeks to move in to the penthouse two bedroom. Fingers crossed!”

“The setting is fantastic. I'm content here; I currently have calm people upstairs, which is a plus. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The maintenance crew is on top of things and responds fast to any issues I've ever mentioned. The ladies in the office are kind and accommodating to requirements. The management is moderate and open to suggestions for compromise. They hold parties on holidays, which is fantastic. I believe the problems here stem from outside the complex, such as homeless persons wanting to get to the pool for a swim or loud older kids that generate a commotion at the pool because they don't reside here.”
