“I had a fantastic experience living at the Village at Henderson! I've lived in several states and a variety of apartment complexes, but this has been the best place apartment experience thus far. It's an Ideal location in the community and feels safe. The maintenance staff is communicative, prompt, and professional. The leasing and management team (Nayeli & Joan) are knowledgeable, kind, and always a delight to interact with. The apartment grounds are well cared for and staff addresses any concerns very quickly. Apartments are spacious, with good insulation (rarely heard the neighbors), and feel more like town homes than apartments. Perks include: in-unit laundry, faux hardwood flooring throughout (carpet in bedrooms), ceiling fans, spacious closets, easy to pay rent/request maintenance, and pet friendly. There are stray cats in the neighborhood, however, there are also zero mice/rats milling around, which seems like a beneficial trade off to me! Some of the strays are very friendly as well! I would absolutely recommend living here--and no, I wasn't paid or told to write a review. It was just that great of an experience!”

“Every chance I get, I come to work at this co-working space! It is such a PRODUCTIVE, friendly, and relaxing environment. Tons of different seating options, and can even power my laptop and sit outside by the big fountain. It's a very reliable space where I know I'll have good vibes and get lots of work done. Also, it is newly renovated and really clean and comfortable. And super affordable compared to other co-working spaces! Highly recommend!!”

“Our family had an absolutely spectacular time in San Diego. Both of the houses are incredible! Very spacious, extremely modern and architectural, and very well decorated inside and out. The house was stocked with all essentials, and even had bikes and beach gear for the entire family. The beds were extremely comfortable and every bedroom had blackout shades. The house was spotless upon arrival. Lastly, the location is 10/10 steps from Moonlight Beach. Giulianna was incredibly responsive and attentive with all of our questions and concerns. We mentioned that this was a family vacation with small kids and she did everything she could to make our stay pleasant. We did run into a few issues with the house: the microwave was not working during our stay (Giulianna did offer to send an appliance tech right away, but we decided to make do without). Also, the spa was very finicky - it was clean and well heated but the controls for the spa itself rarely worked. We were also unaware of a major beach renovation effort that was under way during our stay. Lots of construction noise and very limited beach access were a surprise to us. With that said, again Giulianna apologized and mentioned this was not something they had advance notice of. We made the most of our stay regardless and still had an exceptional time. Lots to do in the area and we will definitely stay again. I hope that these small concerns can be addressed so that others too can enjoy such a beautiful house and location.”

“The rental management is good, they were very friendly, and we moved-in without much hassle. The location is also good - just beside light rail, and a walk to willow glen. The layout of all the units is great. They're big and spacious compared to most of the apartments in the bay area. The appliances in our unit were a little dated. Probably from the early 2010s. We had some issues with the dishwasher - it left filthy stains on plates and silverware. After raising a couple of work orders, the facilities management agreed to replace the dishwasher with a brand new one. The facilities management was always very prompt, and quickly resolved any problems we had. Thanks to Jose and Jacob. The lighting in the apartment could be improved. Especially in the living area and kitchen. But, it can be fixed with your own lamps. We have seen some roaches in the kitchen, and we have been working with the pest control and maintenance to get it fixed. The pest control is always ready to treat the apartment , but, it's just a little inconvenient to prepare the apartment for the treatment (remove everything from kitchen cabinets, and organize again) especially with your everyday work and daily life.
