I relocated from Phoenix AZ 10 months ago and when looking for apartments the friendliness and sincerity we received from Erica made us not want to look anywhere else. The entire staff are friendly, helpful and attentive all our needs. There are issues such as older appliances, the extra charges for water and hot water which is why I give it 4 stars. It would also be a benefit and an attraction to more tenants that after their initial lease has expired that they would get a discount for signing a new lease but I understand these are issues related to the economic climate and aren’t controlled by Erica and her team! You have all been a please to work with and look forward to many more years of residency.”

“My experience living here was great. The property itself is beautiful and has great amenities. All of my neighbors were so friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was perfect; hardwood flooring, kitchen island, marble counter tops, stylish light fixtures, and stainless steel appliances. Maintenance requests get resolved quickly and they are always so friendly. Security is constantly walking the property so I always felt safe even though the area is not the best and is on the up-and-coming. Kelsey at the leasing office is amazing! She always made me feel cared about and welcomed which I personally think is very important since this is our home. The only slight issue, but did not affect my living experience overall, was robin at the leasing office. When trying to bring up a concern she was quite discounting and terse in-front of other residents. Other than that I would recommend this apartment 9/10.”
