“Nice quiet, shady RV park. Some spots looked challenging to back into but there are some pull thru's. Leveling blocks will come in handy. Park has lots of elevation changes. Some of the tent spots looked great. Pool is nice. Fishing pond. Dump station is very challenging to get lined up to. I recommend you take them up on the pump out service.”

“I have lived in Granite bay mobile home park a little over a year now. I had relocated from another state and had difficulty getting a new place and making the transition into my mobile home. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and how welcoming Sandy Garcia, the property manager made me feel and went extra links to make the paperwork and the move-in quite easy for me. It has been a very comfortable and warm year for me living here. There have been no problems with the people that live in the park, everyone is pleasant and very friendly. The few issues I have had regarding my trailer and fix ups I have taken to Sandy and she has always helped me resolve what it was I was asking about with warmness and a caring attitude. Sandy is always on track and makes sure the park is clean and a nice place to live in. I have only had one other property manager in all the years where I have lived in a community that has gone the extra mile and helped me and others and made living in a place so nice. I would recommend this park and the way that it is run by Sandy and Granite Bay properties Inc. to anyone, there are a few kids that live in the park also that are respectful and well mannered. It’s nice to be able to live here and not worry about things such as safety & cleanliness and that you can take things to her and know that they will be resolved in a timely and wonderful manner. Five stars!”

“It’s been almost a year of living here and I love it. Coming from living in apartments and having noisy upstairs neighbors, living here has been life changing. To not share a wall with anyone and have your parking spot in front of your home is a blessing. The staff here is wonderful. Noel has been so helpful, and maintains rules and regulations in place so that the community is a better place to live in. Schools and shopping centers are close by and new upgrades are coming soon and I know this community has great potential.”

The Manager & Residents at B&G Mobile Home Park are a very nice group of hard working and some retired people. Had you done your "Guide Job" duty maybe you could have shaken hands and been gracious enough to say THANKS with a few of our Country's Retired Military Veteran's or a elder who continues to work 60 hours to assist with a grandchilds college funds. Shame on you, to the desperate & petty minded few yearning to earn there "atta boy" guide badge stripes. Nothing quite says "atta boy" like lying to the public on a place you've yet to step a foot on THEN take cheap shots and categorize people DUE TO YOU WANTING A EASY WAY TO LEVEL UP FOR YOUR GUIDE BADGE? “I purchased a mobile home in the park in Nov 2013 moved in Dec of the same year I am extremely happy in this park... I like that there is a strict policy about qualifying to rent with a positive credit score and proof of income before you can purchase, honestly I believe it keeps out the riff-raff. The park itself is clean and kept looking that way. Mgnt is helpful within their boundaries, and aren't park police which is fine with me. I will say that having the property owner living here is a bonus he is happy to smile and chat with you which make his park feel more like a small town nothing like the corporate big business owned properties I've read reviews about. The park is a quiet senior park but not excessively so, people here aren't waiting to die, they are friendly, most are active and love to talk. I enjoy having my neighbors wave and say hello as I come and go there a sense of watching out after each other I truly appreciate. Pets are allowed at a weight limit, I don't have a problem with large breeds but I understand the need for a weight limit in this small park. I also like that I have been able to landscape my property as I like within the rules as to not being cluttered towards the street view. Rent increases are more than fair with a one year lease signing available and one of the most important things Go Forth Village is motorcycle friendly which is a huge plus as I am a full-time rider with friends that ride too, not all parks family or senior allow motorcycle on property. Lastly and I can't say this enough I like living here, I like my neighbors and the management, I like the location of my home in the park, I like that there is only one entrance and its by the mgrs office, I like that there is a grocery store across the street and shopping of all kinds and restaurants is close by... I'm giving it 5/5”
