“I visit this park. Majority of the complaints here are not factual and emotionally driven with no consideration. It's always easy for others to gripe about everything and blame the manager. This park is located close to the Mountains, where the San Geronimo path is located. Facts are the pool will be dirty more frequently because of the sand that gets blown in (but there will be the unreasonable complainers, blaming the manager, for nature.) Residents do anything they can get away with, if the manager says "no", Residents get emotional and speak bad about management. This is a very thankless job. Dealing with many different personalities, some people are just not happy. The manager can be very nice all the time, even when saying no yet there will always be someone complaining. The manager has other park responsivities, while people complain they are hardly in the office (You would be surprised to know, there is much to community management, than sitting at desk). People should evaluate what a community is, before moving into a place trying to ruin it with their own bad attitude and never satisfied, while pointing the finger at the manager. If a person is not happy where they live, do everyone the favor, move the heck out!!Make room for those that would appricates and value the place for what it is, imperfect, but, a community that welcomes families. I think they are doing a great job there!!Keep it up.”

“My wife and I love living here, the tenants are very nice, friendly and lookout for each other. The office Manager Janey is very friendly and helpful to all of your questions. HOA (Home Owners Association) is what makes living here a great place to live.”

“Anza pines is a mobile home park not with a bunch of trashy trailers either. No two trailer park girls are going around the outside here. This place is more better quality. The places and people here have class and are super nice. My girlfriend lives here and there's always a waiting list to even get an application to be a teenage here. It has its own laundry room that stays locked and can only be used for those who live there. Also there's a sitting area there with grass and picnic table. During the big holidays it's nice to see decorations whether it's x mas lights or jack o lanterns or having an egg hunt they do it all with style.”

“I’ve been camping here for 15 years. I love it. Camping in October is the best. Some kids on their electric bikes go way too fast tho. That is the only downside.”

“Beautiful Hemet, California mobile home park! The grounds are clean, the staff is friendly, and the mobile home units are plentiful and well-spaced. The park has two sides to it, divided by Lake Street. The community is gated, with separate automated and key-entry gates on both sides.”

“This is a wonderful trailer park. I Purchased here about two years ago and I feel so safe in a community. During the summer months there are weekly events happening at the clubhouse. Residence play pool in the afternoon and the Saturday night cocktail hour is friendly and inviting. During the winter months, there’s a core group of residents that live here full-time and they are very friendly and helpful. We dig each other out from the snow.”

“The park has undergone many changes. The park is a private park, very nice environment and safe to live in , we are sorry that some Tennant's complain who still live here in the park, but we try our best to accommodate everyone, if the Tennant's do not like it here they are welcome to try another park to live in..”

“My first impression upon entering the mobile home park was, very clean and well maintained by the residents. The second thing I notice is that it is a quite community and not very much traffic moving threw there. I came to help my friend move into her new home and didn't see any people or vehicles moving around the park. My friend told me the rates are very attractive compared to other parts of Hemet.”

“My wife and I are enjoying the privilege to live in Casa Del Sol RV park. Leslie and the office staff, the grounds keepers, Charles and Steve, I don’t know who else we should thank for keeping a decent facility for the long term….the owners who I’ve not met, thank you. Hot tub, pool, laundromat Amazon hub (for tenants) on site….. There’s 3 grocery stores only a short walking distance away, Lowe’s can be seen from the gate. Neighbours look out for each other.”

““I recently purchased a home in this mobile home park, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! Donna and Carol were wonderful!…because they helped me so graciously. They handled my application and were incredibly helpful, patient and kind throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions and concerns …and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition. Donna even came into the office on her day off just to get an update on my application. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and hard work. I would highly recommend this park to any senior 55+ in search of a mobile home. Thank you so much for your outstanding service!” -E.M.”

“As with all rents, ours have increased. Utility bills are up too. Our manager, Marilyn Mansfield, is a sweetheart. She is given nothing but grief from management and tenants alike. She does her very best with the limited resources she is allowed. Our maintenance man, Diego, is a blessing. Once the owners approve repairs (the owners are slumlords) Diego and the crew are awesome. We do have problems getting things done once they break. We find it is fewer headaches to hire a professional and eat the cost. You will not get anywhere trying to convince Valerie otherwise. The trailers are very old so they have issues. Previous tenants may or may not have taken care of the coaches. We love our little coach. We enjoy the quiet, our neighbors, and the beauty around us. There is an issue with being this remote. We are difficult for delivery, taxis, and everyone else to locate. If you do not drive count on constant problems and frustrations. Mapping services are wrong and send people elsewhere or drop them off on Highway 74. We have been here since 2016.”

“I recently moved to Mirage Estates and I can’t express enough how beautiful it is to live here. Everyone is very friendly and it seems to be a very family oriented mobile home park. There is a park and pool located next to the main office, which has a common hall. All kept up and clean. All the amenities make me feel like I’m on vacation. Connie is an amazing help and manager she keeps the park safe and clean. She very good at what she does. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live.”

“I recently moved into Foothills of Hemet, so my experience is limited, but after looking for a home that my wife and I could afford, a home that didn't look or feel like the average mobile home or manufactured home, we found a beautiful 3 bed 2 bath with a 2 car garage, yes a garage, not something you normally find in this market, not only is the home built well and feels like the stick build homes I've owned in the past, but the neighborhood is meticulously kept, this is a true 5 star 55 & up senior Park, the neighbors are friendly and quiet, everyone's home is kept in amazing shape, which adds many things, 1) it keeps community pride high, 2) it attracts those with a desire to maintain a higher standard of living, in an age when the cost of living has surpassed most retired folks ability to sustain, 3) this helps maximize home values, which follows the first rule of real estate, location, location, location, A home is an investment and then home values in Foothills of Hemet have almost doubled in the past 2 years, that's not typical of this market, so I feel like I made a very wise investment. Concerning rules and regulations, well, they are strict, but I'm ok with them, yes at first I was a bit taken back by some of them, but rules bring harmony, if you follow them. The space rent for this park is actually below average, lower space rent, means better buying power when it comes to purchasing. I have not heard of any rentals within the park, but I'm sure they're a few, but with the cost of renting, most can own. The build quality of my home is excellent, it looks and feels more like a stick built home and having a 2 car garage and 4 car driveway makes it nice. I've not heard any real negative feedback about the community, other than a bit of division over whether you're for or against the management, but I prefer to avoid the gossip and keep to myself. I can tell you one thing I've noticed since I've been here, no house that hits the market, last more than a week, they get nabbed up within days, if there's anything that is a live testimony, of the quality of any community, it's how the real estate market is and it's hotter than heck, so if you're looking for a home here, you better move fast because at Foothills of Hemet, they don't last long. Hope this helps.”

“So far the best RV Park/Resort we’ve been to. Beautiful grounds. Clean restrooms/showers. Sites are HUGE. There’s a well stocked 24 hr mini mart at the gas station. The resort functions like an independent city, it has its own resources. Never had a noise issue as DPS patrols there. There’s an overflow parking lot unrelated to the resort. We overnighted there one time when it was full. In the A.M. security came by and we simply told them we had reservations that day which check in time was 2 p.m. and there was no problem. The front desk girls were very helpful with future reservations. Didn’t bother with the casino however though they have very frequent shuttles running there. Will be back for sure.”

“I have lived here for just over one year. Nice quiet neighbors and very peaceful. I want to mention how awesome the management team is , and how they go above and beyond to help. I just moved from my RV to a manufactured home you see in the picture. It has the high a frame ceilings and is beautiful inside. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I recommend this place to everyone. Sincerely Rex Howl….”
