“This is one of the top rated mobile home parks in California. The homes are all well maintained and the landscaping is pretty. The space rent here is lower than most mobile home parks in Sonoma. I have sold several homes in this park and residents I have met like living here. Lots of neighborhood get togethers. The clubhouse and pool are nice and there are walking paths nearby.”

“Briarwood is a good community of mixed families, seniors and some single family (mobile) homes. ???????????????????????????????????????????????? There is a community laundry room, an awning area for a small get together. But the there isn't much parking for guests; besides your personal driveway, a couple by the office and on the street! If you park in front of a residence for a certain amount of time then you are prone to a $300 towing ticket. Being a block away from the downtown district of Lake Elsinore, there is the occasional crime (as with many other downtown cities across America). But therefore being so close to the downtown area you are within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, convenient stores, vintage/antique shops, beautiful parks and many schools!”

“Before i found oasis palms park , i looked in rialto fontana and rancho , and i was not happy, one day i pass by , and i really liked it , went to the office and the manager gave me all the informacion i need it , after ayear living here i can say that im happy here, i like that is keept clean , and the managment is always taking care of this place, they keep order and are available to anwer any question at all times , for my personal opinion i like when they have rules is for the well be of everybody ¡ oasis palms have great managment¡”
