The people making rude comments (Sarah Price) on here about the mobile home park are just making up things. They are being evicted from the park because they do not pay their rent and are angry!! Her and her boyfriend are no good they stoled an old womans car and are being investigated by the police for it. So don't believe everything you hear at this park is a nice quiet Park to live in.”

“From my perspective this is a great place to live, there is a great community, it is a safe space, and it's great for family's. I lived here for about 6 years from when I was about 6 years old to when I was 12. It was easy for my parents to let me go outside and play with my friends without them having to worry about the dangers of living in a neighborhood accessible to strangers. I made a lot of friends and great memories here and i recommend you take your time to really check this place out, it's worth it.”

“My wife and I are enjoying the privilege to live in Casa Del Sol RV park. Leslie and the office staff, the grounds keepers, Charles and Steve, I don’t know who else we should thank for keeping a decent facility for the long term….the owners who I’ve not met, thank you. Hot tub, pool, laundromat Amazon hub (for tenants) on site….. There’s 3 grocery stores only a short walking distance away, Lowe’s can be seen from the gate. Neighbours look out for each other.”

“Kristen is the Best! Always went out of her way to make us feel like we were home, even though we were on the vacation side of the park. Prices are a bit steep but Disney is a few minutes from the RV park. The Disney firework show is visible from any spot here. Definitely home base for us!”

“This is our first time in this RV park in Julian. It was recommended by a friend. I called to make a reservation and the person who I talked to was friendly and answered my question. I requested for a secluded spot and the one we were assigned was spacious for our RV Trailer & vehicle. The site was partial hookup and the RV park has 2 dump areas. The building in front of the reception area has a clean bathroom with showers. We had our son’s dog with us and it was a dog friendly park. There was a dug out fire pit and it was nice to finally have a campfire. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with the exception of the wasps during our meals outside. They seem to like meat.”

“I attended a TFS Properties seminar in early 2019 at suggestion by a friend because I was contemplating on selling an investment property and executing a 1031 exchange. “Stayed in an RV here. Excellent sites with fire pit, fairly easy to maneuver inside the park, very friendly and excellent staff. All RV sites come with a picnic table and fire pit. Quiet, friendly park. My ONLY issue was the hot water in the showers took about 5 mins to come on and the water pressure was terrible.”

“As with all rents, ours have increased. Utility bills are up too. Our manager, Marilyn Mansfield, is a sweetheart. She is given nothing but grief from management and tenants alike. She does her very best with the limited resources she is allowed. Our maintenance man, Diego, is a blessing. Once the owners approve repairs (the owners are slumlords) Diego and the crew are awesome. We do have problems getting things done once they break. We find it is fewer headaches to hire a professional and eat the cost. You will not get anywhere trying to convince Valerie otherwise. The trailers are very old so they have issues. Previous tenants may or may not have taken care of the coaches. We love our little coach. We enjoy the quiet, our neighbors, and the beauty around us. There is an issue with being this remote. We are difficult for delivery, taxis, and everyone else to locate. If you do not drive count on constant problems and frustrations. Mapping services are wrong and send people elsewhere or drop them off on Highway 74. We have been here since 2016.”
