“This is my first review ever, I bought two pairs of the Guardian shoes (slip resistant) for work at this store 3953 Stevens Creek Blvd, great experience with John the manager when I was about to spend the $400.00 But then I came back with a pair that I wear 3hrs for two days indoors(my house) and the left shoe was hurting my foot so bad because of a bad design. So I went to the store for a ”exchange” or to see if I can get a replacement for the left shoe. But surprise John was there again but this time he was so aggressive defendant and arrogant telling me that shoes were all wrinkled and stained and that he won’t accept returns or exchanges and that the sales were final(Judge my shoes folks) lol. He offered to stretch the shoes and I said okay, he told me that it was going to take like 15min. While waiting I decided to call SAS shoes company and they apologized for everything that was happening at the store, long story short they offered a exchange but they wont be covering for shipping which I’m totally happy to pay. *****U P D A T E***** Hi Pattie, Thank you for replying back and for making this exchange of shoes possible I can’t thank you enough for all. I put my pride aside and went back to your store today! John was there and he helped me out to find the right shoe size, he was very attentive, knowledgeable and professional.
