“Fantastic tacos! I tried the steak, chicken, and the shrimp tacos and they were all extremely good. All fillings were generous in relation to taco size. I will be going back there regularly. The steak was very flavorful and had a great sear while remaining tender. The chicken was flavorful and extremely moist and tender. The batter in the shrimp was fried to order and very crispy.”

“We had a really nice evening at State House tonight! The menu was comfort food options but everything was cooked exceptionally well. The onion rings weren't greasy (as onion rings often are), the wings were cooked perfectly and the sauces were delicious, and the fish and chips has a wonderfully crisp batter with a moist and flaky fish (not fishy flavored, at all!). Additionally, the wait staff was friendly and attentive, the food and drinks were reasonably priced, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. What more could you ask for in a restaurant?”

“This place is okay flavor wise for pizza, but they have a really hard time with quality control. The pizza looks different every time, and the requests on the online orders are hardly ever followed. Updated: After leaving an initial 2 star review, I got the chance to speak with a member from customer relations. He seemed very concerned with the lack of consistency, and got the ball rolling to make it right. Needless to say, I am very impressed with the response I received, and will continue to support this smaller family friendly business.”

“Went to this location for the first time today for lunch. It was very clear that they were short staffed, but we were at least acknowledged and told we would be helped. The woman who rang us up was clearly busy, but when engaging with customers, she was calm and focused. I was really impressed by her grace under pressure. The food was good, and she even came around to ensure that we were okay. I'll definitely go back based on that customer service.”
