AVR Airport Van Rental - Denver Airport

Joslyn & Geegee are the best! Our flight came in late, and we were scrambling to make it by 8 PM (closing time). We called on our way to let them know it would be five minutes after 8 before we could arrive -- to see if they would be willing to stick around a few extra minutes, and they stayed late for us out of the goodness of their hearts. We were so appreciative. They were funny and polite and kind, as well! The best customer service ever. Thanks, ladies!

LOWEST PRICE anywhere! I was really hesitant booking this because the price was so cheap (SUV for 3 days, ulim mileage for $55) but everything was fantastic!! The crew at AVR was really nice and helpful. We booked an intermediate SUV and received a full size SUV (Durango). Even though the exterior of the car was dirty, I didn't care as we were about to drive it in the snow. We did have to wait a little for the shuttle from the airport to AVR but the price and vehicle trumped the wait and the dirty car. You do have to put down a $200 deposit which is refunded when you return the car undamaged. They do offer prepaid fuel so you can return the car empty and they will fill it up for you at a competitive price. I DO NOT recommend this unless the vehicle you receive is full of gas to start out with. Will definitely be renting from them again!

My traveling party arrived at AVR-Denver late in the evening exhausted from a full day of commuting with several hours of driving still ahead of us. Our van was ready and waiting for us. However, we had underestimated the road conditions having never been to the area. Out of concern for our safety, the manager, Frank, approached us with an offer to exchange our rental for an SUV that would be more appropriate for the destination. This was no upsale tactic or money grab, just one human showing concern for others, which is what customer service is all about! Anytime I come to the Denver area I will rent through AVR, and I'd advise everyone to do the same.

I was nervous to book with AVR due to all the bad reviews but my husband and I had a great experience. We rented from Denver location. We got a brand new Dodge Durango, the airport shuttle picked us up right when we got off our flight, the check in process was easy, the check out process was easy, and we were shuttled back to the airport with 0 wait time. The car was clean and brand new. We had a great experience with them.. also affordable pricing which is nice!

I stumbled across this place online looking for a van to shuttle my family around town for the weekend. Easy online booking, very great prices and customer service was excellent. Gee Gee made our rental experience very pleasing and was very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely recommend to others and will use again.
