Every person we encountered was friendly, professional and helpful every step of the way. There were several things that set them apart from other folks we talked to. First, their proactive communication was fantastic. The afternoon before each day of work Alfredo or Joseph would text me to let me know exactly what I could expect the next day - who was arriving, when, and what work would be accomplished. Second, they were so helpful and offered great recommendations as we were trying to finalize our choices for the kitchen. Third, there was one small thing I wasn't sure I was going to be happy with during the install and Alfredo handled it with such professionalism and care. In the end, the small issue wasn't an issue at all. Fourth, after all of the work was finished up they sent Elizabeth to clean the first floor of our home. It was as if no work had even taken place.
