Real bummer because staff was very friendly, the massage itself was just very disappointing. Edit: came in for a make-up session with a different masseuse, she was, much better. Was willing to go very firm and focus on the areas requested. Had me so relaxed I *almost* fell asleep, and upon leaving my upper back/shoulder tension was gone.”
