The owners, Keith & Tawnya are so positive and full of awesome energy. They are quick to share their knowledge and tips, and the group members are encouraging and fun...I love going to this place! They offer Virtual Group Fitness classes for EVERY level and provide everything that is needed to get in shape or maintain. I will definitely continue using my annual membership.
