With time I was able to go from the training bar to the 35 lb bar and then started to add weight to it. With Marguerites help I've been able to feel very comfortable under the bar and keep learning at every class. Marguerite is a wonderful coach with so much knowledge and patience, so if you are looking to either start or improve your barbell skills she is the one to go to!!”
