“Our favorite bagel shop in Boulder. Easy parking. Some indoor seating and a few tables outdoors as well. The owners are very supportive of local events and non profits, sports teams, etc. This shop serves breakfast bagels, sandwiches, and coffee and soft drinks, along with a variety of other drinks like fruit juice and kombucha. It can be busy on weekends mornings, but they are always friendly and efficient.”

“Michael and Leslie did a fantastic job painting our house in Gunbarrel - they did the exterior, and some interior work too. Super friendly, easy to work with, reasonable price, and the results look great. Thoughtful touches too - Michael worked around me as I was installing new door hardware and light fixtures, and helped me reposition the doorbell that was too low. They also provided advice on roofing and gave a recommendation (the roof is our next thing that needs to be replaced). There's a reason over a dozen houses in our neighborhood have used Jacobs Painting.”

“My husband and I really enjoy living here. We’ve been residents in this community since 2017 and since then have seen three different property owners. The newest company to take over, Pinnacle, has been the best so far. Sarah, the office manager, is very responsive and helpful. She’s quick to take care of any issues that come up. The maintenance guy, Mark, is great too. He came by recently (during COVID) for an emergency AC repair and was kind enough to tighten a few loose handles, even though technically it’s supposed to be emergencies only. The neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly, and within walking distance of Safeway and plenty of other shops and restaurants. The apartments are some of the largest you’ll find in Boulder for the price, they accept pets, and they’re stocked full of amenities like washer/dryer in-unit, balcony, central AC, fitness center, and pool. Great place to live for a young couple or someone looking for a safe and quiet community.”

The staff was delightful, seriously, that's the only word to describe them. We came in after being in town almost a week, have tried out a half dozen other more expensive restaurants. I love flavorful well made food. I'm also not afraid to give 2 star reviews. This place was one of maybe two restaurants that I will be happy to spend my hard earned money with again. They earn their good reviews, you won't regret eating here.”
