Whenever I'm around Makaan, I'm always struck by the grounded calm, peace and joy in his voice. I feel the effects of this in my own body when working with him.

Makaan’s knowledge is vast and his many decades of experience is quite evident. His style is very personal and instruction easy to follow. If you are dealing with any physical issues, looking to enrich your yoga practice or interested in an amazing massage, I cannot recommend Makaan more highly. I can honestly say I am a better person both physically and spiritually for having met Makaan.

My first meeting with Makaan was less then 1 week after having a disc replaced in my back. I was very apprehensive about hurting myself and damaging the replaced disc. Although I wanted to get started with some kind of therapy, I had in my mind I would not be proceeding. That all changed after meeting with Makaan. His years of experience and knowledge of the anatomy gave me the confidence to proceed. His approach was very mindful and at no time did I ever feel I was going to be put in a compromising position. With the guidance of Makaan I made a miraculous recover in a very short period of time, much to the surprise of my surgeon.
