“Great experience!! Food, service and atmosphere. First time coming in and brought my mom. We got the chefs family special with the Casian special sauce. Great flavor especially when you get the juices towards the bottom of the pot. A nice homemade sauce made from the owner which is unique from most places. They also have multiple Hmong dishes were I must try for next time. Excellent selections of beers and wines from their listings. Also a modern vibe in the restaurant environment. They have a drink bar as well great for grabbing drinks and hanging out or bringing families in. Will be back for sure to try other things on their menu!”

“Most people don’t particularly enjoy having to deal with their landlords or property management, but compared to some of my past renting experiences, Properties Plus seems to be very responsive and fair with tenants. I’ve rented through Properties Plus going on three years now and always have great, easy communication with them whenever the need arises. Maintenance requests have always been taken care of promptly and conveniently. When COVID started spreading and people were losing their jobs, they sent out a very understanding email stating they appreciated all their tenants and were willing to work out a different type of payment system with anyone who was affected by the pandemic. When I first moved in, they were pretty flexible with my move-in date and were able to have new carpeting installed before I arrived. My only complaint would be that the place was a bit dirty when I first moved in, but I’ll definitely take a little cleaning when moving in and moving out over losing the security deposit due to cleaning fees. I look forward to continuing to rent with them and would definitely recommend them to friends in the area.”

“We needed a new roof after bad hail damage had ruined the original one. After pricing around we went with Scott's roofing because the price was good and the sales rep, Blake, was easy to deal with. Things went smoothly. The new roof was put on along with new leaf guards and gutters. It looked great! A few months later painting contractors doing the exterior of the house severely damaged a few roof sections with their ladders. But that was no problem because Blake and his team came right out, assessed the damage and repaired the roof within just one week. Now it's back to perfect shape. They also made the extra effort to communicate with the painting contractor to get the insurance claim for the damage caused by them handled. So, I highly recommend Scott's. Out of the several contractors we used to get our house ready for sale Scott's was the best. Thank you so much.”

“We had a lovely afternoon HHour dinner. The Guacamole was a great size and beautiful presented. The House Margarita 🍹 was pretty good, but I rather have a coin style Margarita next time. Our Tacos were very yummy and the Salsa we got on the side had an excellent flavor. An interesting smokiness to it. I am looking forward to coming back and trying more of their dishes. Missed the whole grilled fish on the menu they used to serve. Maybe next time :-)”
