“My husband and I recently stayed at Riverside Cabins in Lyons, Colorado, and it was an extremely relaxing experience. The view of the river was absolutely amazing, adding a serene backdrop to our stay. The amenities were excellent, and everything was very clean. The owners did an amazing job of communicating all the information we needed to get there and provided valuable information during our stay, including emergency information about local wildfires. They kept us updated and responded within minutes to any questions we had about the area. The Internet was fast, which was a pleasant surprise. They provided an information binder filled with useful details about local areas and where to get supplies and groceries. We stayed in the Aspen cabin with the yellow door, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hot tub was well-maintained, and the private area behind the cabin was a great addition. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend Riverside Cabins for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature.”

“We stayed at A-Lodge the week of my daughter's wedding, which was held just outside of Lyons. We rented the house, suite, and a motel room. The house is over-the-top amazing. It fit a family of 5 perfectly and allowed us to prepare with a few bridesmaids the morning of the wedding. The staff were fantastic to work with and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of during our stay. The A-Lodge has food trucks, outdoor bar and biergarten which was convenient for meeting up with family and friends staying nearby. the outdoor space was a huge plus. Thanks for your hospitality!”

“Brand new big library opened in Sept 2019! It is spacious, modern, and welcoming. Forget all those previous reviews of it being cute and small! There is one big main room with the books, dvds and computers. Then there are about 3? small rooms for quiet study or meetings or lectures. A separate big room for kid books, with toy furniture, like a castle, that opens to the outdoor play area. A very big room (approx.1,000sq.ft) that has some tall cafe style tables, but can be used for BIG meetings (150? people). This brings the library into the modern age thanks to a Library District tax, and other donations. Now I'm anxiously awaiting (hopefully) a big increase in programs, talks, arts/crafts, authors etc. A very friendly and knowledgeable staff!! The bldg is made from the local red sandstone and is beautiful. It has its own free parking lot.”

“Karen is fabulous at cutting and coloring my hair. She takes her time and checks evenness of the cut continuously. I have curly hair that I like to wear straight and she gives me a great cut that I can style either way. She allows me to experiment with color when I need a change of pace. She listens during her consultations. Her shop is always clean and she even gave me a nice hand made face mask when she first opened back up in June 2020. I really look forward to my time at Karen's Hair Design and we always have some laughter while there.”

“Great beer and food! So nice to have vegan options in Lyons where it is sometimes lacking. The new vegan calzone option as well as pizza and appetizers are all superb. Every new beer they brew is better than the next (especially the IPAs 😋). We also had our rehearsal dinner here over the summer and the vibe was perfect.”

“This was my first time taking my car here and I am really happy with the results. The team is friendly, transparent and provided an amazing service. My car's headlights were both out, needed an oil change, and my car was making a noise that another shop was charging over 800 to fix (which did not include the headlights diagnosis and repair). I decided to get a second opinion and I am so thankful I did. I took it to Lyons Automotive and the noise was caused by something I had in my trunk and was not car related. I was embarrassed but more grateful and thankful for them finding the real issue. The diagnosis of my headlights was that they were installed incorrectly (I bought this car used so I am assuming by previous owner), had after market light bulbs, and the wiring was corroded and torn. Both of my headlights were repaired and got an oil change, all at a reasonable price. I am truly grateful in finding this place. Thank you Lyons Automotive Team! I highly recommend it.”
