Marigold Lyons

A true dining gem in tiny Lyons. Things just got better as the dinner progressed. The appetizers and drinks were good. The pasta and sauces for our main course were sublime. Interesting and creative uses of seasonal produce. Generous portions. Next time you’re looking for a special dinner, Marigold is certainly worth a visit.

Delicious lovely food. It is quaint, reservation is a must. Very attentive staff. Loved everything we ate. Had the speck toast and hanger steaks. The dessert we split, I can't remember what it is called but it was like cold creme brulee, very nice.

Drove down from Fort Collins for dinner and was amazed at how expertly crafted the cocktails were, along with the most pleasant team taking care of us. A small and thoughtful menu, you just cannot go wrong. The lamb bolognese rigatoni(fresh pasta!!) is something I will be dreaming about for a long time, and the melon with cheve & white balsamic was the most beautiful and refreshing thing on a hot Summer day. Lyons has been gifted a wonderful place, go treat yourself even if it's a drive! You will not be disappointed.

A great addition to Lyons. It’s an intimate spot with a slight European flair. Great food and service. The cocktails and wine list are choice and the pasta is made daily. The best dish we had was the chicken which was obviously brined beforehand. Maybe the best roast chicken I’ve had in a restaurant. Great spot for a date.

Lucky enough to be one of the first to try this spot. Small restaurant with small attentive staff. Has a homely vibe. Drinks were great. Food was fantastic. The melon & feta dish was incredible and the handmade rigatoni with bolognese were definitely highlights but would love to try the entire menu. If you are ever on your way to or fro Estes Park, a stop here in Lyons is recommended. Hope it sticks around for a long while.
