“I have probably eaten at 50+ different Italian places (travel full-time). They have something called Italian Rolls that I have never seen before. It looks like cinnamon rolls, but made the pizza dough and toppings inside. It is fantastic... like I will miss it when I leave -- fantastic. Most variations on a pizza are just a pizza in a different shape... I think these are different because there is more crust rolled into each one? And will leave you very full.”

Even the rice is excellent. Have some weird ingredient names... may need to ask what each is to decide if you want that sauce or cream.”

“Awesome authentic food. The salmon red pepper tempura was so tasty. Other dishes I ordered were excellent. Portion sizes are comparable to other similar places. Seems like a mom and pop small store. The dining area is modest nothing fancy but the decor is traditional and artsy. Nice and clean. Food prep time was a little bit longer than other restaurants but we went at peak hours”

“Our tour stopped in the historic town of Lyons. We visited St. Vrain Market and South Creek Limited Bamboo Rods. I thought the market was very neat & tidy. They pack a lot of choices into a finite space. They have everything from fresh produce to fresh baked bread, pastries & quiche. They have a fresh deli with cooked, pre packed meals if you want to grab something for a picnic on the mountain. The prices were average for a small town market, its expected to be a little higher.”
