“I’ve had great experiences during my pregnancy and postpartum at the Women’s Care Clinic on the main campus. My midwife, Sarah Barker, was excellent; she always listened to my concerns and tailored care to my needs. My delivery at Denver Health went smoothly. I was happy that they provided Stork parking and that we could drive right up to the building. The OB screening room was a very short walk. All of my birth requests were respected and I felt safe. My birth team was calm, professional and attuned to my needs and that of my baby. I was also able to work with a pelvic physical therapist, Nicole, who I felt safe and comfortable with. She provided and continues to provide me with excellent care. Definitely recommend!”

“Everyone is always so caring and so understanding. They also make sure that they match you up with the correct medication and the correct dose of medication with numerous questions which is great because I've had bad experiences other places not matching me up with the correct dose and not verifying that it was me and giving me a much higher dose than I was prescribed. But I do not have to worry about that here, because they double check and triple check the verification and make sure it's you before they give you anything so I feel super safe. But there is not one bad thing I can say about everyone at the crossroads. My counselors, the secretary, The Clinical Director, everyone is amazing. I feel comfortable in there I feel comfortable talking to anyone of them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone trying to get their life straightened out”

“This is my first experience having a trainer and overall I’m enjoying it quite a bit. I had been doing the same lifting program for awhile and was looking for something new. Our first meeting was thorough and we went over my previous program, my goals, and plans for my new program. We got started not long after and I’ve enjoyed my lifting program. She provides enough info and video links for lifts, the variety of lifts are great and what I was looking for, and we meet monthly to go over things. I’m not located in Denver so Amanda and I meet over zoom and that works well for me. She’s also easily accessible so if I have any questions mid lifting she responds quickly. Very chill person overall, really tries to understand your goals and keep that in mind when creating your program, and understands that it’s difficult to maintain a workout program which is great. Overall 10/10 would recommend and I don’t plan on not working with Amanda anytime soon.”
