“Please visit Thai House Restaurant on W38th Ave & Julian! The NEW owners/managers/server-cook duo are amazing. Erica and Thomas took over this place late last year and have been working hard to offer high-quality food and service. I had been to the restaurant before, when it had different owners, and was not impressed with the too-saucy, not-super-fresh dishes (I'm a vegetarian). But I've been to Erica and Thomas' most recent iteration and it's sooo good. Last time I went, I had a tofu and garlic sauce dish that was perfectly seasoned, and the accompanying rice was superb. Plus Erica and Thomas are friendly and kind. So, as a bonus, I get to eat great food in good company. You can order takeout if you'd like, but I highly recommend staying in for a chat. And they have TVs for watching sports and the upcoming Super Bowl!”

“First time here and I loved it! Went just before noon on a weekday and it was packed up front. We found lots of space to sit down though because most people were taking food out. Super fast and spicy and delicious. I got the potato and egg deluxe burrito. My friend got the beef deluxe burrito. Mine still had a bit of meat. Thankfully I’m not a hard core vegetarian. Also the plastic water is pretty thin for such a sturdy burrito but I wish I had brought my own silverware if I really care about the environment. They also made out to go but thankfully no styrofoam and their takeout ware is recyclable. God is good and has blessed this wonderful restaurant with growth.”

“I stopped in tonight after getting my nails done. I was so excited to find out it was a little man establishment. The girl who served me was so sweet! The lady before me was kind of a grouch to the poor girl over lack of paper bags but the worker kept a professional demeanor. I was happy to get a raspberry chocolate chip dish with Valentine's day sprinkles. Perfection 💖 i brought home an ice cream sandwich to my husband and he was so happy with it. Ty for a lovely experience.”

“Love this place. Just happened to stop in on a Saturday and didn't have a reservation so we had to sit at the bar. Great choice for dinner and drinks. The bartenders were so great! They love their jobs and make these beautiful drink concoctions. Have to try it. Small, quaint and delicious. The trout and steak were so good and everyone around us kept talking about the half chicken, so we'll be going back. Great food and great experience!”

“The Cuban coffee was delicious. I also really liked the Cuban toast! It’s just plain Cuban bread with butter, pressed down. The breakfast sandwiches are their own creation and they are good too. The guava and cheese pastry had a bit too much pastry-to-filling ratio, but the taste was good. Really friendly staff. They just opened up last week.”

“I love coming to Pho38!! I've been coming to this place for 3 years and counting.Their wonton noodles remind me of the exact flavors I have growing up. Our all time favorite include Singapore pan-fired noodles, spicy (fried garlic and jalapeno) chicken wing and ribs, and egg rolls. Staff are friendly, price is great. Take out order are very quick as well as dine in. Very recommended.”

“I would like to give 5 stars, but the tables all needed to be cleaned. Nearly all the tables had crumbs on them. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere good. What impressed me the most and the reason they earned the 4th star is because their vegetarian sandwich was good! And not a pile of mushy veggies like a lot of sandwich shops. My husband's corned beef was well done as well.”

“Don't let the sports bar fool you. There is a really good Chinese restaurant here as well. The food is very good. We ate Vietnamese egg rolls, Mongolian Beef, and Yushan Beef. The beef dishes had tender meat in both. They are listed as spicy, but I would say they have spice and flavor in the dish but are not really spicy hot. The Vietnamese egg rolls were very flavorful as well. If you are looking for sports, they have plenty of televisions to see pretty much anywhere you sit. Sunday night football was on when we were there. The staff was friendly. There is parking in the building's garage that is for the commercial businesses.”
