Catherine has literally changed my life. I have worked with countless health care practitioners and functional medicine doctors, with no luck. I've been working with Catherine for almost a year now, and my health has turned around drastically. I still have a ways to go, but I have never made the improvements I have made with Catherine with anyone else. She responds almost immediately to emails, and her responses are filled with so much detail and so many answers- she doesn't leave anything out. She genuinely cares, and it's obvious by the quality of her work. The other thing that I appreciate tremendously with Catherine that I haven't had with any other practitioner, is that she recommends testing!!! So many practitioners I've worked with just guess, guess, guess. She doesn't mess around with that. She immediately recommends tests instead of just guessing what's wrong. Once the test results are back, she interprets them for you over phone call or email, leaving no confusion. She has calls with the lab and makes she she thoroughly understands everything before explaining it to me. I am more thankful and grateful to met her than I could ever describe. The other extremely convenient thing is that I've been working with her for almost a year, and only been able to meet with her once due to my schedule. That has been no problem at all. We correspond over email and phone, and I feel just the same level of care and attention. I could not recommend Catherine highly enough to anyone wanting to take a holistic approach to their health.
