“The staff are polite and helpful and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I was there for a COVID test. There’s a website you need to check in through on your phone from your car (info on the front door), then get a verification code from the front desk (or maybe I could have called to get it), take a quick video call from the car with the doctor, then go in for the nasal swab. I appreciate all the thought and careful planning.”
