“We have bought 2 mattress sets from Alan and couldn't be any happier. First and foremost, Alan was extremely friendly and helpful from the first time we walked into the store. He never pressured us, but was always available for any questions that we had. We had scheduled a delivery for our 2nd set of mattresses to be delivered this afternoon. However, Alan had determined early in the day that the delivery was actually not scheduled and he knew how important it was to us for the mattresses to be delivered today. When he found out this error, he took it upon himself to pick up the mattress set at a different store AND use his own vehicle to make sure the delivery did indeed happen. Alan and his wonderful business associate Chris took the time to deliver the mattresses and set them up, which included walking up 3 very long flights of stairs at an apartment complex. They both went way above and beyond expectations for great customer service!! Thank you Alan for all your help through both transactions, we certainly will come back to you the next time we need to make another purchase.
