“All three of our children train here and love it. Our 12 year old son caught on as expected and competes once or even twice a month in tournaments and constantly places in the top 3 per weight/age. Our 7 year old son has improved so much this year in mobility, confidence and independence due to his training. Our 6 year old daughter is also doing good for her size. The professor and coaches are great with the children. There’s always a handful of coaches on the mat during classes to keep the children as safe as possible. The gym always has a coach at the tournaments for the kids even if it’s one or two kids registered. There are so many role models in this gym for the children and teenagers.”

The instructors are friendly and really make my family feel like a part of the team. Anyone in Castle Rock who needs a local gym for BBJ or kick boxing needs to come here. Maybe one day I’ll stop being lazy and join myself! Worth every dollar!”
