“The customer service was amazing even though the employee was working alone when it was extremely busy. They were very bubbly and attentive which made the experience even better! I got a latte and some chocolate truffles that were absolutely delicious. I liked them so much I came back the next day to try a caramel apple and get another latte. I do not live in Colorado so I won’t be able to get there much, but it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend trying this place out.”

“Love love this location!!! Pull up through the drive through where I was pleasantly greeted as usual. Placed my order and was asked if I wanted an extra shot of espresso… I said yes!!! I heard someone in the back Hooten and hollering that I got the upgrade as they must have been doing a competition. I laughed the gal taking my order giggled it was a great way to start my day! Have since found out the managers name is Colin and I’ll tell you what… what a great manager! Every time I have seen him he’s sweet, upbeat, supports his staff, and is always great to me and I’m sure everyone else who goes to this location!!”

Absolutely the nicest people we met (both the owner and her employee that was working that day) and the coffee was great. “Nekter is a fantastic little shop for healthy and delicious eats and drinks, and this recently opened location is no exception. The staff is always friendly and expedient. It does take a couple minutes to get a drink or smoothie bowl but it's because everything is blended and cut fresh exactly when you order it and not before. I've also tried the bottled cleanses they have in-store, and those are really delicious and make your body feel great.”

“Dutch Bros has employee engagement down. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and always able to answer every weird question I have. I drink coffee like a five year old (must be sweet and all the flavors are up for discussion). I always ask weird questions and I've yet to stump anyone. They are also super fast! “Ever since Black Rock opened it almost completely eliminated my consumption of Starbucks. Coffee and the atmosphere is great. I love that they make a lot of their drinks in an XL size, some of those same drinks Starbucks would refuse to make it that large. I also can't think of a place that I've been to that has a friendlier staff! Employees there are awesome!”
